You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for store credit. Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer, and original shipping rates are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.
All returns must follow proper guidelines below in order to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns. To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number, item information, and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns may also be done in-store during standard operating hours.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of delivery, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
